FAQ
Do I need to make an appointment?
We welcome browsing and shopping anytime during our business hours. If you are interested in trying on our bridal gowns, we recommend an appointment to ensure you will have a fitting room and a consultant. This is especially true on Saturdays, which is our busiest day of the week and can be tricky to be seen as a walk-in. We also welcome guests with the bride, however please note that our shop is small and sometimes space is very limited. Know that as long as you're flexible, so are we! We want your experience with Sabrina Ann to be a positive and memorable one.
I live out of town. Do you ship?
Contact us regarding an item you see on our site or something you do not see, we may have it. We will ship anywhere. For items shipped within the US; small items are approx. $10 per item. Wedding gowns are $25 plus insurance which is optional. As is standard in the wedding industry please note all sales are final. Please contact us with specific questions, we are happy to help you.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
Do you carry bridesmaid dresses?
We do not carry nor consign bridesmaid dresses.
Do you buy dresses?
We do not buy dresses, we consign them. If you have a formal or wedding gown (that has been cleaned and is less than 24 months old) that you would like to consign with us, you may schedule an appointment to bring the dress in, or email us a picture and detailed description for review. If you are consigning a wedding gown, the original retail price must be $1,000 or greater. We do not accept bridesmaid dresses. We consign David's Bridal dresses if they still carry the style. A full inspection of the gown is done upon your arrival at our retail location. If your gown has been preserved in a box, please note that we do not accept boxes. All once worn gowns must be cleaned. We offer cleaning services for $125 or $200, which is paid up front prior to consigning. When the dress sells, there is a 50/50 split of the agreed-upon price.
